This is a guide to the Counterpoint Web Portal.


The Counterpoint Web Portal consists of the following systems:


1. Media Sales Platform: used by agencies and direct advertisers for viewing and creating network audio ad campaigns. For more information, click here.

2. Affidavit System: used by station personnel for viewing and printing network logs, and for submitting affidavits. For more information, click here.

3. Ad Metrics Dashboard: used by agencies and direct advertisers for viewing ad performance data. For more information, click here.

4. IO Approvals: used by stations to view and approve or reject insertion orders. For more information, click here.

Login Information

Log on to the Counterpoint Web Portal on the Login page using your email address and password. You must have an active, validated account in order to log in.

Account Verification Email

If you received an account verification email, you can complete the account verification process by clicking the "Verify Account" link in the body of the email, and following the onscreen steps.

Forgot Password

If you have activated your account but forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" button on the Login page, enter the email address that you used when activating your account, and then press "Send Reset Link". An automated email will be sent to your registered email address with a link that you can click on to reset your password. 

Help Me Sign On

If you're having trouble signing on, or need assistance creating a user account, you can see the contact information for the system administrator by pressing the "Help Me Sign On" button on the Login page.

Issues/Questions

After signing on, if you experience an issue with the web portal or have a question, you can send an email with a description of the issue or question by clicking the profile button in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting "Submit Issue". Select the topic from the list of available topics, enter a description of the issue, and then press Submit. This will send an email to support staff for assistance.
