Q. What is the Respond By date?

A. A date entered by the network for when a response is needed on the Insertion Order.


Q. I clicked the Edit button on an Insertion Order, but the Approve button is grayed out. Why?

A. The Approve button will be grayed out if the latest version of the Insertion Order has already been approved. The Status of the Insertion Order can be seen at the top of the PDF viewer and in the Insertion Order list.


Q. I clicked the Edit button on an Insertion Order, but the Reject button is grayed out. Why?

A. The Reject button will be grayed out if the latest version of the Insertion Order has already been approved. The Status of the Insertion Order can be seen at the top of the PDF viewer and in the Insertion Order list.


Q. What does the "Recent" button on the Insertion Order list show?

A. By default the Insertion Order list only shows recent Insertion Orders, which have an end either in the future or within 30 days back from today's date. Older Insertion Orders can be seen by clicking the "Older" button, and all Insertion Orders can be seen by clicking the "All" button.
