Sales Platform Home Page Campaign List

Once a campaign has been created, it will appear on the Sales Platform Home page in a list. This list can be customized by choosing whether to see recently updated campaigns (updated within the last 30 days), or campaigns that were last updated more than 30 days ago, or all campaigns, by selecting the Recent, Older, or All buttons. The columns that are displayed can also be customized. The available fields are:

  • Campaign Name: the custom name for a campaign
  • Custom ID: the custom ID number for a campaign
  • Advertiser: for agency user accounts, the advertiser name will be displayed in this column. This column is not shown for direct advertiser user accounts.
  • Counterpoint contract number: when a campaign has been submitted and received by the network, it will be assigned a Counterpoint contract number that will be used by the network to track that campaign, along with the optional Custom ID. Before a campaign has been submitted and received by the network, it will not have a Counterpoint contract number.
  • Start date: the start date of the campaign
  • End date: the end date of the campaign
  • Status: the status of the campaign. The campaigns can be filtered by Status using the Status filter. The available statuses are:
    • Draft: for a campaign that has been created but has not been submitted to the network yet.
    • Pending: for a campaign that was submitted to the network but not yet reviewed/approved.
    • Approved: for a campaign that was reviewed and approved by the network, but that has not started yet.
    • Active: for an approved campaign that is within the active start and end date range.
    • Completed: for an approved campaign where the end date is in the past.
  • Last edit: the date that the campaign was last edited
  • Created by: the email address of the user account that created the campaign
