Ad Metrics Dashboard
The Ad Metrics Dashboard features fulfillment and compliance reporting capabilities in a dashboard format.
To access the Ad Metrics Dashboard, click the Dashboard button at the top of the screen when signed into the Counterpoint Web Portal. Not all user account types will have access to the Ad Metrics Dashboard.
Dashboard Layout
The Dashboard consists of a Catalog panel on the left side of the screen that is used to select the different dashboard views and reports and to access the AI assistant, and the Main Area that consists of the dashboard parameters, chart, and details section for the selected dashboard view.
AI Assistant and Catalog panel
The left side of the Dashboard displays the AI assistant and the Catalog panel, which shows categories and available dashboard views for each category. The Catalog panel can be collapsed or expanded by pressing the chevron button.
The AI assistant can run dashboard reports, query available data, and answer questions. To use the AI assistant, type a question in the text box and press the "Ask AI" button to see the result. For example, you can ask the AI assistant "What is a makegood?" and the AI assistant will answer. You can also ask the AI assistant to run a dashboard view from the available dashboard views. The example prompts that are shown give additional examples of questions the AI assistant can answer. The AI assistant is limited to only respond to questions relevant to the dashboard data.
Main Area
The main area on the right has sections for Parameters, the Chart, and for Details.
- Parameters: used to select the dashboard parameters
- Chart: displays a chart of the selected parameters for the selected dashboard view (not all views have a chart - some only have the Details section)
- Details: shows the underlying data for the chart section
Each section can be collapsed or expanded.
Using the Dashboard
Follow these steps to use the dashboard:
Step 1. Select a dashboard view
In the Catalog panel on the left side, click a dashboard view under the desired category. The Parameters section will update with required filters for the selected dashboard.

Step 3. View Data
Once the Parameters have been chosen, click the View button to load the chart and details grid.
The Chart section displays a graphical summary of the data. (Not all dashboard views have charts. Some only show the detail section.)
The sort options above the chart can be used to change how data is ordered (for example, by station, posted %, or compliant %).
The Details section shows a table of all relevant records.
The Filter section can be used to filter the data by the entered text.
Click on a region of the chart to filter the details grid to only show records for that selection.
